Hey, I’m Ty. My goal is to help you get stronger, healthier and more confident. I started young, learning how strength training, bodyweight work and martial arts can shape both the body and the mind. That experience pushed me to help others do the same. As your trainer, I’m in your corner, focused on steady growth, real progress and pushing you toward your full potential.
