Promotional Terms and Conditions

The competition launches on 3rd January 2025 and concludes at 23:59 on 31st January 2025.
This promotion is valid only if a member refers a friend on or before 23:59 on 31st January 2025.
The winner will be announced on 14th February 2025.
Direct Debit membership payments will not be refunded. The lifetime membership will commence in March 2025.
Lump sum membership payments will not be refunded. The lifetime membership will begin at the end of the lump sum period.
The prize includes a Classic Fitness First membership for the individual winner.
There is no cash equivalent for the prize, and it is non-transferable.
The lifetime membership provides the winner with access to all Fitness First clubs.
Fitness First reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time.
Any disputes regarding entries or any other aspect of the competition will be resolved by Fitness First.
Fitness First's decisions regarding this competition, whether or not covered by these terms and conditions, shall be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include the publication of their name and photos on Fitness First's marketing materials, social media platforms, website, or other promotional items.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Fitness First may use their data for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions.

The winner will be announced on 14th August 2024.
The prize includes flights, a 3-night stay at the St Brelade's Bay Hotel, Health Club & Spa, full board, and a spa package for two people.
The package excludes drinks.
The spa package includes two 60 minute treatment of your choice.
There is no cash equivalent prize; the prize is non-transferable.
The prize must be utilised before November 2025 and excludes the following dates: July and August 2024 and 2025.

Eligibility: This offer is exclusively available for new members of Fitness First Clubs Ltd, on standard or student memberships, paid through Direct Debit and for terms of either 6 or 12 months. Not to be used in conjunction with any other additional discount.
Visit Criteria: Only one visit per day will be counted towards the 10-visit requirement.
Refund Policy: Upon completing 10 visits within the first 30 days of membership, new members will receive a refund of the full value of their first month's fees.
Payment & Timing: The refund will be processed after the successful deduction of the first Direct Debit membership payment, and within 45 days of the start of their membership. The refund will be paid back to credit or debit card used when joining. The membership must still be active at time of refund.
