Located in the heart of London, you can find our Spitalfields Tower gym in Shoreditch, which is open 7 days a week from 6:30am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm over the weekend.

So whether you like to exercise at the crack of dawn, prefer to squeeze in a quick workout over your lunch break or would rather head to the gym for an evening session, you can fit your routine around your schedule.

Our Spitalfields gym is easy to reach, as we’re just off the A10. There are plenty of public transport options too, such as the Liverpool Street rail and underground stations, or a number of bus stops located nearby.
