Hi, I'm Deano. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve trained clients from all walks of life. I lead Boxercise, HIIT, and Kettlebell sessions that blend martial arts and wrestling for dynamic, results-driven workouts. As a former international Karate competitor and 1st Dan black belt, I bring discipline, energy, and positivity to every session. I’m here to help you push limits, reach your full potential, and make training fun, challenging, and effective.
