Bolt is a revolutionary training class that is built entirely around our fitness philosophy of challenging our members to go further in every aspect of their training. It’s a ultra-calorie burn workout consisting of 5 key principles of athletic performance including Speed, Power, Strength, Endurance and Agility. Warning: there’s lots of jumping around so get ready to be agile and quick on your feet!
