This 60-minute class will push your cardiovascular endurance to the limits. It has longer duration efforts specifically designed to target your aerobic energy in different zones. This class is split into 50% interval cardio training on the bike and 50% high intensity strength training. It’s perfect if you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level.
