Reformer Pilates Power classes in partnership with PILAT3S are aimed at building strength through dynamic and compound movements, whilst focusing on multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Exercises will include the use of weights, as well as heavy spring load. Instructors will guide clients using progressions and regressions to ensure there is a suitable option all fitness levels.
