Hi, I’m Joy. With a background in endurance sports, strength training, martial arts, and yoga, I bring variety and depth to every session. As a competitive rower, I apply insights from my own training to support your goals. I work with clients aged 20 to 80, including those in rehab or post-surgery, and I specialise in strength training for women, with a focus on hormones, life stage, and longevity. My approach balances strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall well-being.
