Runners Strength & Injury Prevention with Manni Ovola.

Join Nike Running Coach and Physiotherapist Emmanuel 'Manni' Ovola for an interactive workshop designed to help runners move better, run stronger and stay injury-free.

Blending expert coaching, movement assessment, strength principles and practical running drills, this session will help you improve running mechanics, build resilience and better understand what your body needs to perform at its best.

The session includes an educational workshop, guided warm-up and a community 5K run as part of the EveryRun experience.
