Bio

Hola! I’m Ashley, a strength-focused Personal Trainer who helps people build muscle, lose fat, and feel confident in the gym through structured, progressive training. My approach is rooted in solid technique, consistency, and results that last.

Alongside personal training, I’m also a dance teacher, which brings a strong sense of body awareness and control into my sessions. I work with all experience levels and have a particular interest in body recomposition and women’s training, including perimenopause.
