Hi, my name is Dan. I help people who are new or returning to exercise build strength, confidence, and enjoyment in movement. My sessions are supportive, down-to-earth, and fun — whether we’re training 1-to-1 or 2-to-1. My goal is to make fitness feel achievable, empowering, and something you genuinely look forward to.
