Hi, I’m Elliot. I provide flexible, client-focused coaching to help you feel better in everyday life. Drawing on my experience as a former elite rugby player and performance academic, I use weight training, HIIT, mobility, and aerobic work to build a healthy, functional body. I take a balanced, adaptable approach to make training effective, enjoyable, and sustainable.
