Bio

I’m a certified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer with a strong background in athletic performance and strength training. Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years playing football before transitioning into martial arts, including Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

With my in-depth knowledge of strength training and movement mechanics, I’ll ensure you train with proper form, achieve real results, and minimise the risk of injury. My goal is to make every session safe, effective, and empowering — helping you build strength, confidence, and long-term progress.
