With 30 years in fitness and 4 years as a bodybuilding competitor while raising three children, I help women transform their bodies, minds, and lives. I’m passionate about resistance training and the power of muscle to protect against disease, boost metabolism, and sharpen the brain. Through expert coaching and tailored nutrition, I empower women to become their strongest, healthiest, and most confident selves.
