I’m Yenny Adarve, a Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience and a passion for extreme fitness, strength training, and spinning. As a mother of two, I understand what it takes to rebuild your body and confidence after pregnancy and I’m dedicated to helping women do the same.

My goal is to empower women to regain their strength, energy, and self-belief through tailored, supportive, and motivating training.
