Frequently Asked Questions
Will all areas of the gym be available during phases 2 and 3?
Not all areas will be available at the same time. Certain zones will be temporarily closed while work takes place, and these will rotate between phases to minimise disruption as much as possible.
Will classes still run as normal during phases 2 and 3?
Some classes may be adjusted depending on space availability. We recommend checking the timetable in advance for the latest updates.
What is Reformer Pilates and how does it work?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialised machine to add resistance and support to your movements. It’s great for building strength and control.
It’s also one of our most popular classes, so just keep in mind it has a usage limit depending on your membership.
What are the benefits of HYROX?
HYROX training improves cardiovascular endurance, functional strength and overall work capacity. The combination of running and strength exercises builds stamina while helping develop power, coordination and efficient movement patterns used across many forms of athletic training.
Are classes included in my membership?
The only exception is Reformer Pilates, which has a usage limit depending on your membership. See our class terms for details.
