Ina’s PT journey was born out of necessity during the pandemic. When lockdown closed down her job, she was already training her flatmates in parks, and realised this was a profession that could remain a constant even in an uncertain world. It made perfect sense to make the jump, drawn by the welcoming community and innovative training tools at Fitness First.

The biggest, most satisfying success is the unassisted pull-up milestone. She describes the joy, pride, and excitement when her female clients achieve it as 'unmatched'. She sees it as proof that they put in good work and conquered something that feels like a massive victory. She wants every beginner to know that feeling intimidated is completely normal, and the only way to overcome it is to show up.

Tours are designed to be short and flexible. Most last around 20 minutes, giving you enough time to see the facilities and chat about your goals without feeling rushed. Slots are available every 30 minutes, so it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule.

Our tours are personalised one-to-one so we can focus fully on your goals and give you the best experience. If your friend is also interested, they’re welcome to book their own free tour—either before or after yours—using the same quick link.
