Rafael’s passion for fitness was forged on the American Football field, where the off-season was his favourite part of the year. The drive to motivate teammates and players laid the foundation for his coaching philosophy as a Personal Trainer. He learned the value of working as a team to attain a common goal, a philosophy he now applies to his clients at Fitness First.

Data-Driven Progress

For Rafael the key is understanding an individual's idea of 'fit' and using data-driven tools like able to ensure they progress. He loves how the adaptive training modes push members through the 'burn' without them having to stop, making every session count. He feels the data and progression features help him not overthink training intensity, ensuring his programming is always perfectly adjusted for his clients.

It was a joy being able to work as a team to achieve success. I will always try to understand what an individual's idea of fit is, and then we will start with an able assessment and carry on from there.

Tours are designed to be short and flexible. Most last around 20 minutes, giving you enough time to see the facilities and chat about your goals without feeling rushed. Slots are available every 30 minutes, so it’s easy to find a time that fits your schedule.

Our tours are personalised one-to-one so we can focus fully on your goals and give you the best experience. If your friend is also interested, they’re welcome to book their own free tour—either before or after yours—using the same quick link.
