I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Metabolic Conditioning Coach, specialising in functional strength, post-injury rehabilitation, and sustainable fitness. Having overcome multiple knee surgeries myself, I bring empathy and real-world experience to my coaching. My focus is on helping clients build confidence, resilience, and long-term habits. No quick fixes, just effective, empowering training that helps you feel strong and comfortable in your body.
