With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about designing individual plans that help clients achieve their goals. I specialise in working with beginners to lose weight, build fitness and functional Strength, working with clients who need adapted exercises to help recover from injury, have chronic back/joint issues and medical conditions. I also work with more advanced clients building functional strength and fitness for specific sports and events
