For nearly 5 years, I’ve been helping people transform their bodies, move better, and build lasting strength.

I specialise in body recomposition, calisthenics, mobility, and primal movement, with a strong focus on biomechanics, form correction, and real, sustainable results (not fitness trends).

I also support clients with weight management, meal plan guidance, and injury recovery, empowering them to train smarter, move freely, and evolve stronger.
