I am a Personal Trainer specialising in hypertrophy, strength training, calisthenics and boxing. With a Level Pass qualification from the British Boxing Board of Control, I coach boxing across all levels. Whether you are preparing for a fight or starting with the basics, I will guide you with purpose and precision.
I combine bodyweight training with traditional weight training to help clients build real power, move well, and feel confident in their abilities. My coaching is built on clean technique, progressive programming, and measurable results. If your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, athletic conditioning or serious strength, I will push you to reach it.
