Hello, my name is Olga.

I’m a personal trainer who focuses on core strength, mobility and coordination. I work with clients who want to build muscle, drop body fat, recover after injuries and feel good moving in any training style. That includes free weights, machines, cardio sessions or mobility work on the mat.

I build programs that match your goals and your actual ability, keeping them realistic so you can see solid progress.
