Bio

I help people enjoy moving again, whether you’re new to exercise, returning after time off or injury, or chasing new goals. With experience as a cycling sportive regular, two-time London Marathon finisher, and Boston qualifier (2:48 PB), I specialise in helping runners and cyclists train smarter, move better, and feel stronger through simple, supportive, and effective coaching.
