I’m Daisy, a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I specialise in hypertrophy training to build lean muscle, resilience, and self-belief. Alongside coaching, I’m studying a BSc in Human Nutrition, allowing me to combine effective training with evidence-based nutrition to support every client’s goals.
